THE AVENUES
The Avenues is a luxuriously colourful marketplace - introducing guests to a wealth of exceptional dining options and world-class shopping. For the discriminating gourmet there are a variety of restaurants to choose from.
Nobu: This is the very first Middle East outpost for world-renowned chef Nobu Matsuhisa as he continues to redefine traditional Japanese cuisine, this time infusing his avant-garde Japanese style with Arabian influences to create a distinctly urban experience - in celebration of Atlantis, The Palm. Incorporating Nobu's signature dishes, as well as new surprises, the menu will be complemented by a sushi bar and a wood-burning oven.
Ronda Locatelli: Giorgio Locatelli has created a rustic and inviting ambiance blending the charm of the Italian countryside with the modernity of a cosmopolitan beachside experience. The best trattoria-style cooking demands the freshest of ingredients and is served family style - choose from brick-oven pizzas and antipasto to fine pastas. The bar serves favourite Italian tipples such as Bellinis, Campari and Proseccos, as well as a wide variety of Italian wines and a large selection of special Italian liqueurs.
Rostang, The French Brasserie: Michel Rostang brings his inimitable style to this opulent setting. Breakfast, lunch and dinner are served in a traditional French brasserie with a modern twist. A traditional French patisserie serves fresh home-baked pastries and breads with coffee in the morning and warm baguettes and other speciality sandwiches throughout the day. A wine display and raw bar adjacent to the kitchen offers a lavish presentation of oysters, prawns, mussels, crab claws and scallops, all of which complement modern French cooking. The bar offers classic French drinks such as Pastis, Menthe à L'eau, Ricard, Chartreuse, Cognac and Armagnac, amongst others. French national beers are served on tap, complemented by a selection of strong, Belgian bottled beers.
Ossiano: World famous chef, Santi Santamaria opens Ossiano at Atlantis, The Palm, which will be his first restaurant to open outside of his native Spain. The most eclectic and romantic of all Atlantis restaurants, Ossiano offers superb seafood in an underwater setting. An elegant and hypnotic space designed with variations of silver and pearl, Ossiano is the perfect location for an intimate dining experience, with unmatched views into a magical marine habitat.
MORE DINING OPTIONS
Saffron: Atlantis' modern restaurant offering interactive dining close to the Conference Centre. The restaurant offers 20 theatrical cooking stations with a variety of international cuisines focusing on the freshest ingredients, with an accent on Asian specialities including wok prepared noodles, sushi and sashimi, steamed and poached dishes, fresh baked breads and must- have deserts. Reminiscent of the street vendors in Singapore, it's the perfect place to lose yourself whilst you take your taste buds on an exciting adventure.
Seafire: A modern New York City steakhouse boasting an exceptional butchery and wine cellar. Guests will be spoilt for choice with the extensive menu offering Wagyu, Black Angus, and Prime American Beef, all prepared to order on a custom wood-burning grill and served with a selection of home-made mustards and chutneys. Seafire's wine cellar has the most comprehensive choice of wine at the resort with a particular emphasis on boutique South African varieties.
Kaleidoscope: Look into Kaleidoscope, which features a primarily Mediterranean menu with North African and Indian speciality dishes. An inviting environment - perfect for families, serving a variety of dishes from pizzas and pastas to indigenous curries and tandooris. The restaurant is an ideal setting for breakfast, lunch or dinner with enticing views of the pool from a covered outdoor terrace.
Levantine: A place to visit for a true taste of Arabia. The ambiance is festive with dishes begging to be shared while the open kitchens add to the buzz of the Middle Eastern-designed space. The more casual Levantine Lounge serves hot and cold mezze and Arabic and Turkish coffees are served with traditional Arabic sweets. On offer at the bar, guests can enjoy authentic Arabic date drinks, a choice of fresh juices, as well as a selection of Arak and Ouzo.
Cold Stone Creamery: This decadent ice cream parlour is a real treat at any time of day or night. Super-premium and light ice creams as well as a rainbow of sorbets are made fresh on site every day, and guests can choose from countless toppings, which are mixed into the ice cream on a chilled granite stone.
OUTDOOR DINING
For guests who don't want to miss a moment near the beach, Atlantis, The Palm offers a wide variety of outdoor dining venues, making it easy to enjoy a meal or snack without interrupting your water adventures.
Nasimi: For a beachside dining experience with a mesmerising view overlooking the blue waters of the Arabian Gulf and the Palm Jumeirah, visit Nasimi. Throughout the day guests can tuck into classic poolside cuisine including fresh salads, satays and grills and classic beach baskets with favourites like hamburgers and calamari. For dinner, guests can enjoy a true marriage of Asian, European and Pacific flavours with specialities such as chicken yakitori, seared tuna, and fresh local seafood - one not to miss!
The Edge and The Shore: This is where guests can receive full poolside service for lunch or midday snacks while enjoying the waterscape at The Royal Towers.
Shark Bites, Barracudas and Splashers' Snacks within Aquaventure offer burgers, fresh salads and sandwiches, all complemented with key Arabic references.
