Ossiano, by three Michelin starred Chef Santi Santamaria, offers Catalan-inspired gourmet seafood in an elegant setting with views into the Ambassador Lagoon. The Valentine menu, from £216 per person, will include dishes such as Oyster Duo, Scallop with baby Artichokes and Spiny Lobster, followed by White Chocolate and Pear Mousse. At Rostang, The French Brasserie couples can experience a truly Parisian evening this Valentine's Day, as harp music and tables scattered with fresh rose petals set the romantic atmosphere. For £405 couples can enjoy a specially designed gourmet menu, including a bottle of the prestigious Amour de Deutz, and parting gifts of a ladies bag hanger, two crystal champagne glasses and a Muselet from the Parisian jeweller Pascal Morabito.
Those looking for a more relaxed Valentine's dinner can enjoy beachside dining at Nasimi. Enjoy a menu including Orange-Glazed Scallop with Celeriac Mousseline and Micro Chili Herb with the live Cuban band playing in the background or for a more exclusive experience, couples can reserve the Lounge Cabanas. From £483 the cabanas provide an intimate dining experience and private butler service.
