Le Manoir aux Quat' Saisons is a 15th century Chiltern manor house that has been passionately transformed into a 32-bedroom hotel and restaurant. Run by Chef Patron, Raymond Blanc OBE, it offers the very best service, comfort and cuisine and is the only hotel restaurant to have achieved and maintained two Michelin stars for 24 years.

Le Manoir aux Quat' Saisons is also the only UK property outside London (and one of only three in the country) to sustain five AA Rosettes for that period of time.

Raymond Blanc also oversees Brasserie Blanc, a collection of brasseries in the UK and Maison Blanc, an authentic French boulangerie, patisserie and chocolaterie with 12 stores in the south east of England.
