Friends Of Conservation

Friends of Conservation's (FOC) mission statement is to: 'Join with local people and partners to support sustainable ways of living in harmony with wildlife, ecosystems and the environment'.

It is a conservation charity that works with local communities across the world to protect their surrounding wildlife and habitats. It works with local partners in the Caribbean, India, Iran, Namibia, Peru, Tanzania, Uganda as well as supporting its own field station and programme in the Masai Mara, Kenya.

FOC is committed to working with local peoples to develop and promote a balance between their needs and those of the wildlife with which they share their natural habitat and ecosystems.
