Sandals Resorts International, parent company of Sandals Resorts, Beaches Resorts, Grand Pineapple Beach and The Royal Plantation Collection, recently unveiled an exclusive partnership with Dermalogica®, the innovative skin care line that has set the industry standard. Through the partnership, the Luxury Included® resort company with properties in Jamaica, Antigua, St. Lucia, Turks & Caicos and The Bahamas, will offer its guests an upgraded skin care experience specifically tailored for the resort's exclusive Red Lane® Spas.
The partnership, which includes a skin care consultation, as well as exclusive treatment options, debuted at Sandals Whitehouse European Village & Spa in December 2009 and at the all-new, all-butler resort, Sandals Emerald Bay, Great Exuma, Bahamas in February 2010. By summer 2011, Dermalogica® will be introduced at all 20 Red Lane® Spas located at Sandals Resorts, as well as sister brands Beaches Resorts and The Royal Plantation Collection.

Famed for its use of botanical and indigenous ingredients, capturing the true essence of the Caribbean, Red Lane® Spa will now offer guests the opportunity to experience Dermalogica's® signature concepts including Face MappingTM, Skin Bar and MicroZone treatments. Additionally, the partnership will merge Dermalogica® and Red Lane® Spa's services to create three signature skin treatments, including:
o The Tropical Preparation Skin Treatment - A 90-minute "welcoming" treatment designed to rehydrate and revitalise skin after travelling and to prepare it for new climate conditions. This treatment includes a non-irritating exfoliation for the face and back, a customised aromatherapy back massage and a vitamin recovery masque to improve skin's elasticity, tone and texture.
o The Calm, Cleanse and Renew Skin Treatment - A 90-minute "2 in 1" treatment designed to relieving stress and replenish and revitalise skin, all while soothing redness and inflammation. This service starts with a super-smoothing cleansing to remove impurities from the skin, followed by a calming masque and a gentle exfoliation of the back, concluding with a stress relieving massage that focuses on areas of tension along the spine. The perfect way for guests to feel renewed and rejuvenated.
o "Male in Mind" Men's Grooming Skin Treatment - A 90-minute shaving treatment that will soothe male clients' skin and demonstrate effective shaving techniques to prevent future breakouts and razor bumps. Service includes pre- and post-shave routines, which can be performed at home so clients can maintain their skin-care regimen.
In addition to the new spa menu, wedding-oriented services, exclusive for Sandals Resorts' guests, and teen-oriented services for Beaches Resorts' guests, are also planned for the near future.
