Caribbean Tourism Organisation

The Caribbean Tourism Organisation (CTO) represents over 30 countries in the Caribbean region. It was established in 1989 in order to promote the development of sustainable tourism. The destinations include the English, French, Spanish and Dutch speaking territories of the Caribbean region.

The CTO has its headquarters in Barbados and regional marketing offices in New York and London, where the CTO works closely with all sectors of the industry bringing together both the public and private sectors to generate a comprehensive programme of joint promotional activity.

These activities range from trade and consumer publications, exhibitions and events, to research, training and public relations.  The UK Chapter has over 120 members from all sectors of the industry and provides excellent marketing and networking opportunities through its annual calendar of events.
