We get together every month to celebrate promotions, anniversaries and amazing achievements.  Our drinks fridge is cracked open regularly and our lovely open-plan office inspires us with views of the London Eye or St Paul's Cathedral.  We carbon offset all staff travel, use energy efficient lighting, recycle everything we can and buy Fairtrade whenever possible.
